Question by Mike: What message do you think the show “degrassi” is giving to young people today?
There is so much drama in the show, that it makes me wonder if degrassi is a positive influence to young people. What do you guys think?

It makes real life seem so much…happier, in comparison.

drug use ruining peoples lives
sexting, again ruining peoples lives
sexuality issues
issues with understanding how traditional family values fit into a new age.
teen pregnancy and motherhood
sorry for talkin about things that are actually relevant, not talking about things doesn’t keep them from happening.
