After a long battle with poor health, Tom Bosley, the Tony Award winning actor, passed away on Tuesday (10-19-2010). Bosley will be forever remembered as the patriarch of the Cunningham family in the long running sitcom Happy Days. Happy Days ran for 11 years. After the show ended, Tom Bosley went on to costar in Murder She Wrote and star in Father Dowling Mysteries. I think my personal favorite episode that focused on Howard Cunningham was the Leopard Lodge convention.  Richie and the other guys went with their fathers to the convention.  The plan was to take part in all of the shenanigans, but instead Richie and Howard both saw bonded  man to man while their friends acted like fools.
