Man, was this show CAMP back then! I’d say the best thing I remember about watching this show in highschool was masturbating to Heather Locklear!
@IamAdamWafer That would be great.
@PolskiNarodowiecND Yep!
@treebella23 Absolutely!
0:52 how the fuck would that make him fall forward?
How do you get this season on DVD, their starting to show parts from season 3 and 4 on tv. But their not released yet, anybody know where to get non bootlegs.
Saturday afternoons on itv shows how gr8 it was back then
@treebella23 Oh God yes! Is it rose-tinted glasses or were things really better then? Certainly less cynical. (At least on music/TV) Best wishes from Galway, Ireland. (though I’m English!)
This seasons theme was the best of all.
The 80s were great time.I watched Hooker all day when it aired.They should bring it back,just like the 80s.
I miss this show so bad!!! I practically grew up watching this!
@treebella23 me too!
Who slides through soap bubbles? Shatner, that’s who.
OMG I miss this series, I practically grew up on it. Forget watching sesame street or cartoons as a child, for me it was T.J Hooker
great!
William Shanter look good back then if I was 30 years younger I was a kid in the 80′s him and heather Locklear would have got some.
@rickhuck64 Did they teach you to jump onto the hoods of getaway cars? Shatner had style.No offense,rick,just teasing you
I know how you feel, Treebella. The TV shows were awesome back then. The only difference is I would love to relive my years in the 80′s as an adult & not so much as a child.
@Midnightguy1171 Hey there. To answer your question on why the starting credits changed back to yellow after season 3. Check out the TJ Hooker fan club on line. I am sure I saw some information in there about that, and lots of other stuff too.
@mrath Hey there. May be you can let me know if police do the foward roll like hooker does when he”s being shot at. I have not seen that in any other show, or in real life. But it does look great!!!. May be all police should do it as it looks really good.
This was my favorite season & introduction to this show, especially since this was the season when they changed the variation of the TJ HOOKER theme and brought Officer Jim Corrigan(Jim Darren)on the show to co-star with Officers Vince Romano(Adrian Zmed)and Stacey Sheridan(Heather Locklear), but this show just wasn’t the same when Romano departed in the 5th Season which was the last season of this show before it was cancelled.
Throwing your PR 24 baton at a suspect legs while he is running away. I can tell you in the real world, no agency teaches that.
@someguy728 Don’t forget the closing credits too, nowadays they are on a split screen while the next program is starting or during a promo for some other show
Gotta love the opening of this theme having TJ Hooker running with a gun to get into a defensive position. However, Stacy Sherdian throwing that night stick into guy running away pretty awesome scene too. Just don’t understand why season 4 and 5 they got rid of the flashy lettering and settled on a plain yellow.
Love it stay tuned for a tribute this summer !!
