By request…The last game of the 1983-84 season sees Kit Salisbury do something rather impressive in the Auction category. Kit would go on to win around 9000, making him the second biggest winner of the series.

@Jdog7117 Part of it would be having the stones to bid 14.
Really good stuff doesn’t happen until the 7:25 mark, in case you’re wondering
I miss this show on GSN so much
I agree that that deserved a standing ovation! The only one I didn’t get was Connecticut, although I thought it might be one, just wasn’t sure.
Are people that bad at geography that this seems very hard? I mean naming all 14 is good, but they made it seem like he was a genious.
Way a go KIT!!! that’s how you play the game of Tic Tac Dough.
Well, I’ve actually learned that “misspell” is a commonly misspelled word.
Well, he can’t name what animal Timothy was, but he can name all 14 of those states!!!
just like Joker’s wild the questions were very very easy!! D’uh the Chicago Lions???
Um, O.K. That should happen sometime soon.
DownsA530 recently obtained that episode, and I’m sure he’s planning on uploading that sometime soon.
Gotta love those Apple ][ graphics
Would I name this German Shepherd after Kit who appeared on Tic Tac Dough?
Kit is fukin on a Roll, who ever he is , man does he have confidance,…way to go SUKKAAAAAAAAAAAAA !!!!!!!!
If there isn’t any game show video that you don’t have Adam, I mean you have You Bet and You Don’t Say and the original (My 5th favorite game show) hosted by Bill Cullen Price is Right!
Yes, I didn’t think the question was that challenging either. But, it was difficult enough to warrant it being in the Auction Category.
Does any one have Kit’s last show?
The Auction category on TTD is similar to the Bid Trivia category on TJW.
Hard to believe that a 36-game winner with almost $200,000 would spell “misspell”… unless spelling was one of his worst subjects.
Actually, Jack was still alive when this taped. He passed away just 2 or 3 weeks before this aired.
I lol’ed at that. Kind of obvious right, just like my comment.
And so did Kit, since he hailed from W. Palm Beach, FL…that may have been a factor.
If one had the time to think about it, he or she could name all 14. To do so under such huge pressure, with all the studio lights and everything else, is nothing short of incredible. I remember this watching at home, and I was standing up with my parents when Kit nailed it. Thanks for posting this — I haven’t seen it in 25 years.
Does anybody have Wink’s last show?
that really wasn’t a hard question imo.
i guess thats cuz i live on the east coast though
