According to the Urban Dictionary, “FAB” from the Tv show “Thunderbirds” stood for “Full Acknowledgment of Broadcast,” the equivalent of 10-4. Gerry Anderson, the producer of “Thunderbirds,” was apparently identified for these obscure catch phrases.
