I know freddies death was sad, and my brother asked what would happen if freddie mercury never died of aids, and I said he’d be dead some other way, he was the funnest party man, the most amazing person and something would’ve killed him… which is sad, but of course, only the good die young…

This is a wonderful song. The only videos I could find of Queen doing it live is toward the end of the band…it’s better this way. The guitar work is chilling in this song. Without Freddie, there is no Queen.

This song always moves me. It sort of touches something inside me, the words; the meaning behind each word spoken is as clear to me as ice. It really tugs a chord, though you can rest assured i don’t get myself into a state over it. It’s a song that is nice to hear but is saddened by the story and melody behind it.
