   Bert Parks definitely deserved a great huge amount for the tremendous success of the Miss America Pageant. Actually many people tuned in every September just to see Bert Parks and not necessarily to pick the winner. Mr. Parks was an all around entertainer and a great MC. All things change, but I believe the MAP lost a huge chunk of its meaning to the American people when Bert Parks was replaced as MC.

   Bert Parks and Miss America, two of the greatest institutions in history. Miss America still is the greatest of all pageants.
