   Last March, Nickelodeon almost brought back Invader ZIM, but didn’t because there wasn’t enough “demand”. During the fall and winter of 2010, a group called Operation Head Pigeons started raiding Nickelodeon’s phone lines with requests for more Zim. This DVD is the compromise between the two parties. If this DVD sells well, Nick will consider greenlighting a third season of Invader ZIM. That’s why it is so important that you buy this DVD.

   I don’t care if you already own the box sets. This DVD isn’t about the episodes it contains. It’s about showing Nickelodeon that there are still people who would pay good money to see Invader ZIM.

   This new DVD, Operation Doom, contains all the highest rated episodes of IZ on Nicktoons.
   Amazon happened to send me my copy a day earlier than expected so here is the included episode

   Part One of Review: The DVD
   It is a good DVD, it does not have any special features though just the episodes. I hope this sells well and if the rumors are true, Nick will bring back Invader Zim. If you already have all of the DVD’s you may not want to buy this, but you can still buy it if you have the extra cash if you want it back. It is really good for new fans who just want a taste of Invader Zim since it includes good episodes and the first one. PS: Gir Steals the show in this series. He is hyper, random, and hilarious.

   Part Two: The Show
   This show is fantastic. It is worth buying, and is random, dark, and funny. It is a short lived series but every episode is funny, and this selection is just fine. As I said before, If you are a new Invader Zim fan, you will want to buy this before all The DVDs because it is low-priced and will give you a taste of the hilarious show and it is very funny.

   The Bottom Line:
   I would buy this and I think everyone should have this DVD, or any of the other Zim DVDs. Even though this show is a marketing scheme to see if it sells well. Everyone should have this, or another Invader Zim DVD.

   Invader Zim was canciled in 2001? And yet its fan base is still in the thousands after 9 years! Even if you own the DVD series or think this is just NICKS attempt to get more money out of you PLEASE BUY THIS DVD… Its worth a shot what is thier to lose? 20 dollars? thats not much! And if it really does bring Zim back with new episodes wouldn’t the meesly 20 dollars be worth it?!?!?!! I think so…
