   From 1988 to present, CBS speical music products,always releases their christmas stock music on compact disc. At christmas time every year, my local fm radio station would play what was called THE 36 HOURS OF CHRISTMAS in which the CBS station would play artists who were under contract ON THE CBS RECORDS LABEL ( Johnny Mathis, Andy Williams, Andre Kostelantz, Percy Faith, Ray Conniff, Patti Page, Robert Goulet, Tony Bennett..etc).

   I bought “Dreaming of a White Christmas” on amazon this christmas (2010) as it was the FIRST cd by CBS SREICAL PRODUCTS released in 1988. I now own every christmas cd ever made available by Columbia Records ( now Sony Music Speical Products). This is a great listen.

   It’s unfortunate that none of these “jewels” have been remastered, But the sounds take me back to the 1970′s and listening to Andre Kostlelantz while driving through Charlotte, Michigan as the snow came down, is the greatest memory i’ll always have. It’s funny how far people will go to capture a moment in their past. -M

   I now own all of Jim Nabors’ CD’s. I could listen to his singing 24/7. His voice is so pure and he enunciates so well, I can hear every word he sings. Thank you Jim Nabors for sharing your gift from God with the world, and especially me. “DREAMING OF A WHITE CHRISTMAS” by Jim Nabors is one of his best. The recordings are so clear, as if he were singing in the same room as I am sitting.
   Anyone who loves to listen to a great voice, plus songs we all love to hear, buy one or all today.
