@Junkiana Well, thing is, wether you like him or not (personaly I don’t like Letterman after the Bill Hicks debacle). Letterman is to talk shows what DeNiro and Hoffman are to movies. He is a talk show legend (unfortunately). And also, this is mostly a comedy talk show, you should expect stupid questions when you agree to come on.
They’re both thinking “We need to fire our agents for booking us on Letterman.”
Robert De Niro is aloud to act however the fuck he wants.
He shits on Lettermans face.
MEET THE FOCKERS!
@Junkiana This is the way he approaches people and stars and this is why his show is so successful and why the WHOLE WORLD loves him
“You talkin to me?” I found a great ringtone of this line on ringotones.deblume
Legends!
@DayDreamAscent Even if they are scripted, letterman doesnt seem to really give a shit by blatantly reading his cards. Haha I hate talk shows, but especially Letterman.
@quelorepario That happens with all talk shows, not just Letterman.
@DayDreamAscent Of course there is always a room for improvisation, but the interviews are planned and scripted beforehand. I know this not only because it is obvious for my eyes, I confirmed it with a friend who works for them.
@quelorepario That simply isn’t true – a lot of Letterman’s comments are off the cuff, you can’t script everything in an interview.
what is this a Congressional hearing ?
@DayDreamAscent With a team of writers scripting his flashing cards like he has, everyone would be david letterman. He is unoriginal and I bet that sometimes he doesn’t even understand the questions he asks.
@DayDreamAscent with a team of writers behind scripting in all his little flashing cards, everyman can become letterman. I would bet he doesn’t even understand some of the questions he asks.
letterman is not funny, hes a cocky prick.
I love Dave. I want to see him.
I’ll never understand why some people don’t like Letterman, he’s just brilliant.
@onyinyeification you do know the word “the” was invented right? it’s only 2 more letters than having to use “d” and you sound ridiculous.
happy birthday g
Brad Pitt? Brad Pi… Was he in the movie with us? Why do we know his name? Lol these guys are the ultimate cool.
gotta appreciate de niro’s commitment to promoting d movie. he obviously did not want to be there
this is so hilarious. i loved it. i think d purpose of these talk shows is to see what these movie stars are like away from d silverscreen. obviusly, hoffman is an extrovert and d reason he came on with de niro (besides d fact they are promoting “meet d fockers”) is because deniro is painfully shy. i am a shy person and i know how terrifying it is to be d centre of attention and how frustrating it is to be tot of as arrogant when u are just extremely self conscious.
deniro going down to a toilet like tissue, he played a 3rd class movie called SHOW TIME, THEN TO TOP THAT, HE LET A PORONO TRASHY ONE IN HIS MOVIE, THEN TO TOP THAT HE PLAYED ANOTHER TRASHY ACTOR IN MACHETE,, WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF CAPITALISM VERY THING FOR MONEY EVEN FAME ,CLASS AND THE DIGNITY ,,,
DeNiro is a downer in this. Letterman had to keep the interview flowing along guys. Quite obviously.
Both SO legendary!! Deniro is NOT an asshole. He is a well put together professional. The mans career just never ends. The methods he uses to span his career by keeping his personal life out of public view should be documented and practiced by all. The man reeks of class. Dustin Hoffman’s charm is infinite. Wonderful legendary character actor.
